      The item is supposedly unworn. However, there are multiple frays and strands on the pants. I don't know if this is from mishandling of the item prior to it being to delivered to me. I want to return the item because I am not happy with the quality. These were listed NWT (New with tags) but the condition they arrived in is not acceptable. The seller does not want to offer me a full refund even though I took images and conveyed my dissatisfaction with the pants.

      Not a valid reason to return an item that clearly states no returns. I've been an ebay member for over 17 years and have not had any issues. I would never list an item that's not new, never worn, as "new with tags."
