Unfortunately they weren't paying very much attention when riveting the leather straps on. The 2 coming from the collar armor to the shoulders are upside down with the finished side of the leather pointing down, and the straps on the shoulders for the biceps are riveted with the buckle on the same side, this they are for the same arm. So, one buckle will be on the front, and one on the back.
