The dial is flawless but that's because it is sapphire crystal glass. The spring bar that connects the watch band to the watch is loose and rattles. Seems like the seller replaced the strap with a new one but the watch could've been used before. Overall I'm happy and keeping the watch but he claimed it was brand new when it most likely was worn before. 3/5
