        Sorry you're unhappy. The order was placed and paid for, so I shipped promptly to meet eBay's requirements as I would for any order.. After delivery you messaged me three times requesting a return label, and I kindly explained how to open a return each time, but one was never opened. You also opened a chargeback with your financial institution after these were shipped I unfortunately had no way of knowing the order wasn’t intended. I always try to resolve issues fairly/follow eBay’s policies.
