Purchased on 6th for a Birthday gift needed for 14th, dispatch said 3 days after purchase so well in time for 14th. Marked as dispatched on 11th but it wasn't, only a tracking no. provided. Messaged seller on 13th to ask if it had been dispatched yet and NO REPLY, my message was ignored. Item was not posted until 13th at 4pm so 7 days after purchase and delivered on 15th which was too late for Birthday gift. A message is simple if you can't post and a reply to a message is not much to ask.
