The MacBook Pro was listed as in good condition. It was not. It would barely charge, and when it finally did it continually power cycled, making it inoperable. Seller has poor communication & horrible customer care. Instead of offering to schedule a pickup, they had me make a 120 mile round trip to the nearest FedEx facility to return it. I had to ask eBay to step in, and am still waiting to be compensated for my travel associated with returning the item. Seller refused to exchange item.
