It was listed as tested. I was confident in it by chatting with the seller. Thus, made my purchase of this SD-9 locomotive. Sadly, the engine did not run, no light lit up (a common occurrence), no noise, no hum, no movement even when nudged. General wheel, commuter motor carbon build up cleaning, electric clip cleaning all proved unsuccessful to get it running. The seller took care of my purchase and I would buy from him again. He is very straight forward, honest and with integrity.
