It was sent to the wrong address. I contacted them on a Sunday so it would not be sent out. But, they sent to wrong address in Colorado. If they would have looked at my email before sending it out , the problem would have been averted. I have no way to get the package as I’m in Michigan !!!

Customer told us in messages to cancel a certain order number as it had the wrong address which we cancelled. Customer gave us the wrong order number to cancel yet somehow this is our fault.
