It was mentioned in item condition as new but I doubt that (probably It is used or refurbished) because position of screw down case back is not like as in stock photos (I added stock photo to compare )and there are minor scratches on bracelet(It is very hard to take pictures of scratches (It is really hard to take pictures of scratches but they can be easily seen with naked eye)
