Item did not fit buyer's vehicle, possibly due to a mismatch between model number on packaging (which we used to identify the cargo cover) and the item itself (which showed no model number). Buyer was also frustrated at Ebay's interface, which doesn't make it easy to communicate directly. We've been in touch with the buyer and worked this out to mutual satisfaction.
