I had the PSP Vita console I purchased for about a month and all of the sudden a black line appeared on the top of the screen. When I contacted the seller to try to return or exchange the item they refused to return it but was then offered 20 and 30 dollars to leave good feedback which is honestly kind of a slap in the face. I understand it's an electronic item and nothing is perfect or lasts forever but I wouldn't buy from this seller again after this experience
