Item looked like it was poorly packaged which led to damage on arrival. Returned for a refund. Upon receiving return he blocked me and threatened filing fraud for following what Ebay instructed me to do. Since blocked could not even follow up or discuss afterwards. I assumed it had been a post office issue or a neighbor possibility but went to straight to blocking and threatened legal action. Item was shoved in broken down box wrapped in tape. Was going to keep closed for collection.
