Buyer received the watch in USA. Buyer found the watch smaller than he thought (size, dimensions were mentioned in description and photos). Buyer falsely claimed "Wrong item was sent" to force me pay for return shipping. I paid and gave instructions of return, no problem. Buyer marked the item as "GIFT" in customs form and not "RETURNED GOODS" which caused massive problems at UK customs authorities. When received here, the bracelet was damaged and broken. Buyer declines damage. eBay to solve now
