Although the tea set came quickly, several parts broke. The item was not well protected. All the individual parts were simply placed in a sandwich bags. They obviously knocked around each other. The seller even combined it with another order and stuck those in a sandwich bag. The bag and the items looked dingy. He saved on shipping, not me, and didn't even professionally protect this fragile order. If you are ordering fragile items, I do not recommend this seller.

I apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused. I would have gladly sent a full refund for any items broken in shipping. My items are generally well packaged and arrive to buyers as they were listed prior to purchase. Occasionally there may be issues wren packaging items or during the shipping process and in order to keep my buyers satisfied I do honor refunds after the buyer has reached out to me. You specifically stated that you did not wish to return the items or request a refund
