The item arrived totally late. All updates and tracking were inaccurate. Delays were piling up with no info as to why. This was a birthday present which didn’t get received in a timely manner as a result of the botched delivery process.

I am sorry your package arrived late for your child's birthday party. That is a huge disappointment. You chose the USPS Ground Advantage shipping option which clearly gives you an estimated (not guaranteed) delivery date. I do offer the USPS Priority mail option on all of my items for customers that need it in time for special occasions. Not sure why your reason for return was ordered by mistake. I will be happy to refund you once the item is returned unopened and not damaged.
