If you are unhappy with your purchase, you should always reach out to the seller to see if a resolution can be made. The buyer did not reach out to me so that I could possibly help resolve their disappointment in this order, nor did they answer my messages. I also accept returns, they never requested one. The headlight is crooked in the close up photos in my original listing. The photo here matches mine in the listing exactly. This is a preowned item.
