Product’s shipping is swift, however was missing a key component
I reached out to the seller about this issue, they accused me for not checking. They did include a huge phot but the listing itself did not provide sufficient information about the component that was missing. Despite no mentions of refund or exchange, the seller's support was hostile and accusatorial. They didn’t offer any guidance on the missing product’s references. They ghosted me after telling me to “don’t get heated up alone”
