Train listed as NEW didn't function. I contacted seller about returning the item, and he or she told me to fix it myself. They did give me a return label, I sent it back. Seller took the item apart, claims I broke it and is trying to get ebay to hold me responsible. Luckily I have the sellers messages admitting fault. Why do people have to be like this smfh trying to weasel people out of a few lousy dollars
