What is WRONG with bookesellers like these people? They mail an expensive mint new condition book, completely unprotected in an UNPADDED THIN PLASTIC BAG ???
Unsurprisingly, it arrived with jagged score-marks across the bag and right through into the cover of the book and all corners of the book bashed-in. I received a worthless, damaged book that isn't fit to add to my bookshelf. Zero out of ten, Cotswold Library. Did you feel smug that you saved a couple of cents?
