Hello! I received a defective camera. I have an agreement between the seller to send back the camera and I will receive an excellent condition in return. I’ve yet to hear from seller and have sent multiple messages as well as contacted support. I would really appreciate communication and an excellent camera per our agreement and my purchase. I had to pay to ship it back and have provided tracking to the seller. I look forward to receiving the product I purchased in excellent condition.
