I believe this is a con. Whilst the picture on the front of the dvd case and the actors names on the back (albeit in Russian) are the actors from the 2023 Netflix film, when I opened the case the disc inside has a picture of the actor Jerzy Binczycki from the 1982 version not Leszek Lichota. Why is that?

It’s 2023 New Polish Film called Forgotten Love aka Znachor starring Leszek Lichota It has nothing to do with 1981 film called The Quack aka Znachor with Jerzy Binczycki
Yes there’s a resemblance between 2 actors. Look again on the Blu-ray that you received. It’s a picture of Leszek Lichota.
