Item as described, but my 486 machine seems to recognize it as a 4MB module instead of a 16MB one. It's possible I've misconfigured something, but I tried fiddling with all the settings I could find and it still shows up as 4MB.
The silkscreen on the chips does suggest that it's a 16MB module, but either it's damaged or my machine doesn't know how to use it (it should be capable of using up to 128MB though).
