I ordered a jacket from this seller. I asked for measurements and they supplied pictures and measurements of the jacket, they even warned me that the size of the jacket runs small.
I received the jacket and it didn’t fit. The jacket was as described but I couldn’t wear it. I messaged the seller, telling him about the issue and he is yet to respond, (about a week after!)
I think the seller’s lack of communication is unprofessional, I am now left with an expensive jacket that doesn’t fit me.
