Watch out for defective and unsafe items! I was interested in purchasing his Irritrol MC-24 Plus sprinkler unit. He said that his other MC-18 unit is a better purchase. I met him at the KFC parking lot (not his place). When I opened the unit to install, I noticed that the bottom was all rusted and the electrical wiring was cut short and done improperly. The item is defective and unsafe for the outdoor use. I contacted him for swap with his other unit. He has refused. Bad services.

WARNING to All Sellers, do not sell to this Buyer!! After receiving item, he will make False and Liable claims that its “UNSAFE” and demand a refund, even when you stated online “No Returns”, “Item is in working Condition” and “Box Is weathered”. Met the buyer and showed up with the ability to power on the controller and executed the ‘Self Check’ result was a complete Success in front of the buyer.
