Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment, for credit as follows:

You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning a Product.

Returns for Refunds: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by us (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). No refunds on freight charges, including products with "SHIPPING INCLUDED". Plus, you will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges.
