It was well packed, in bubble wrap with extra cardboard wrapped around that and it was in its original box so I was happy with that. The condition of the cup itself was perfect no scratches or anything. I wasn't in any rush so I didn't care about how long it took to get here but it wasn't too long. The cost of shipping is what it is...if I had to ship something like that, I would want to pay to have it shipped properly and it seems like Mindy did that.
