Dear Seller inspite of request to doublebox it and pack it to avoid shocks you ignored. result is the center wheel and shaft is heavily bent. The machine has been ripped from case sue to shock and was loose inside case. damage to wheels and hands is extensive spoiling the very taste of purchase. even the dial is bent. You seem to underestimate the powers of transport agencies.
