Item arrived as described, new and unused, but shipping was a bit on the slow side, 10 days from order to arrival. FYI, the wire push wire terminal connections for the common wire does not engage or hold the wire securely in place like the other terminal connections. This has NOT impacted the operation of the unit as it still operates and functions as described with the aid of a little electrical tape. Could be a minor factory defect due to the common push wire terminal connection.
