I purchased my item as brand new, but it arrived used and broken. The seller sent it wrapped in a plastic trash bag, and it arrived with bugs crawling out. The item came with random parts that didn't even go with it. I tried to return it, but FedEx did not accept it, so I just gave up and threw the item away, and I will take the loss of $135. I would not do business with this seller!
