This was advertised as “brand new” yet upon opening the sleeve the instructions were the first thing I saw. It looks like they were in someone’s pocket and then they washed their jeans. The poles are also scratched and roughed up and the material itself looks like it was rough cut with dull scissors. Not happy. Won’t buy here again and I’m not going through the hassle to return it. I’m just out 42 bucks I guess.

The problem can be easily solved if you have had contacted us soon after you received it and not to let us make known it from this feedback and I really don't know what's your real meaning to do it in that way instead of letting the seller know the real fact.
