I sent you a replacement even though the picture of the supposed defective product's crown just needed to be turned over. You received the replacement, and did not even let me know that there is an actual issue with any of them. You are claiming that 3 bracelets were all broken without even reaching out to me after I sent you one without questions. I always make sure my customers are taken care of, even sending most a free gift. But the 2 reviews you sent is not believable.
