The bowling ball was scheduled to arrive April 29. It has been rescheduled to arrive between May 1 and May 5th. I have never had this problem before! Some one should be retrained how to handle this situation.you appear not to know about this! The post office messes it up regularly.Ihave had several encounters with them. I would recommend you change carriers.

I am sorry the ball has not been delivered on the date they promised and from my contact with USPS it is still in their hands. We shipped it immediately but we have done all we can for now.
