Notified sellers requesting resolution for cleaned record skipped pretty bad on 3 tracks. I asked if sellers could send me a prepaid shipping label to return item. I was offered a $5 refund. I explained it was not about the money. It was that he sold an item that should not have been sold. I dont believe I’ve heard from seller for a few weeks after I gave him the opportunity to remedy the situation. Again I wanted a playable copy and I went ahead and purchased the album again elsewhere.

There was no conversation about this record, you received the record on the 10th so how could you wait two weeks waiting for my reply, i think you are mixed up with your complaint, please try and think correctly before complaining, skipping record, maybe you was not paying attention.
