I was unable to retrieve my package due to extra postage due that was $4.33. Seller listed toy and mailed the item as media mail in hopes of paying less for shipping. Unfortunately, the package was opened for inspection and I had to pay the extra postage to get my package. Not only that, but I also had to drive across town to get my package and pay for it. Seller has not been helpful at all, I have messaged 4-5 times begging for help with no response.
