Beware of this scheming buyer who makes false claims of defective item so he can return an item. He doesn’t follow clear instructions on how to properly contact us if there’s an issue with installation or an item. Never once did he contact us for help. He just goes straight to falsely claiming defect.

The picture clearly show item is made from plumber's PVC pipe and is not painted. In the description it reads as follows :"NOTE: This device is new and is constructed from plumber's PVC pipe, evidence of this may show up in printed form in certain places on the item.
