Customer service leading up to purchase was great. However, once the guitar came it failed to connect to the dongle. I was able to remedy it by replacing the old and soldering 220 uF capacitor. I am able to use it again. Be wary and ask for videos of working product. It's possible that the capacitor dies during shipping but I can't prove it either way.
