Great company!! I love Chanel foundation and ordered the same color I have in the Le Tient All day Comfort Wear but BD61 in Chanel No 1 runs much lighter. Return process was very easy and I’ve since gone to Ulta for shade matching so that I can re-order the correct shade, BD71/BD91. I hate makeup waste and had I known the shades weren’t consistent I would’ve been shade matched prior to purchase. Seller was very understanding and approved my return. Customer for life!!
