I am very sorry the watch did not work which is why I agreed on the return and will refund the purchase. Sometimes in travel a watch will quit working from being jostled around. As I stated in the listing the button was cut off on one side. I was able to make it work however that does not mean it would always work. I have hundreds of watches and all positive reviews except yours and one other on size. Always glad to take the item back
