I purchased this nightgown on January 21st and it stayed in the PAID status until January 30th. I made multiple attempts to contact the seller and received one response on January 24th stating "Hi! We are on it! We are sending it out asap. Sorry for the late response". Then nothing. Finally received nightgown on February 3rd. If I could give them less than one ⭐ for shipping and communication I would.
