BUYER BEWARE: Seller sold me a broken Non-Functional game. Lied and said the game was tested working BUT it was NOT. Upon arrival the case was also very dirty. Seller then became super rude and unapologetic about the situation. Additionally threatening me to not send back a "swap" as if I was a criminal. My son's birthday was ruined. My time was wasted. My integrity was degraded. My 20 years on eBay and worst experience ever! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this unprofessional individual. Thanks.

The buyer was very aggressive and rude with the initial return request response. I am reasonable and understanding, and will help to resolve issues as they arise. However, I will not accept profanity and aggression. The messages from the incident with this user have been recorded and submitted to eBay. The user received a full refund upon receipt of the returned item.

I was never aggressive and rude with the return request. This seller is a habitual liar. First lying about the game tested working and now lying to cover his well deserved negative. Look at my 100% Positive Feedback profile. I am a trusted member. Reluctantly this is ONLY the second negative I was EVER forced to make in my 20 years on eBay! The seller took joy patronizing me throughout the entire incident. Eventually I did get a refund upon receipt of the returned item with NO apology. Thanks.
