Extremely dissatisfied. The item was too small. When I prepared to return it, eBay said to contact the owner; I did so without response. Two days later, eBay said the refund request was closed. Why??? I am disputing this with my credit card company. The item was returned immediately (return shipping cost $9, not $15.70!) I will not purchase anything else via eBay.
