This item arrived on time. The treads are diifferent from the original equipment and the spring steel clipas fit loose on the truck frame, making for a sloppy fit. Like most items this was made in China. I guess you get what you pay for.

Antenna seems to work just fine, but the flexible rubber connection cover is much shorter than that which is on the previous antenna (now removed). This fact causes concern that over time, moisture could enter the connection and cause corrosion and inevitable, not only of the antenna itself but also of the antenna connection attached to the vehicle.
