Unit had voice delay issue so contacted seller; then the ugliness started,they were not replying properly and not even accepting that the unit can be faulty; went through wasted troubleshooting.Within return period I initiated the return process, but they started playing to avoid giving return label which I deserve as per policy.At the end,filed case with eBay;eBay resolved case in my favor,refunded the amount(SELLER DID NOT REFUND).Rather seller tried to get the unit in shipping price.
