    It wouldn't have been so bad if KAV had taken notice of what l had ordered in the first place and sent me the plain stainless flask l had ordered and not sent me a leather covered flask with a small aperture for engraving a name when l ordered the plain stainless flask so l could have a lot more engraving done for a special birthday present for a relation of mine, so it came down to just a couple of lines. Still l don't suppose it matters.. KAV's got their money and that's all that matters.
