I told the seller the item would not work properly and they have ignored me. The item turns on sometimes and sometimes it does not. Definitely defective.

I am not sure what I could of done. I was expecting a return request. If it is defective I am happy to refund. But no request was made. I am very sorry it didn't work. It was new and as far as I knew it worked, I had no way of testing it out before I sent it. Again so sorry.
