Issues with adapter, it does not work as advertised, seller only offered excuses and refuses to help

Buyer complained that their charger when provided with 207-240V from the EV charger /station did not charge their device at twice the speed as when given 110-120V wall power. This is a limitation of their device's charger, not the adapter that they purchased from me. I suggested that they borrow or buy a multimeter to accurately determine that the voltage provided is in the 207-240V range.
