Excellent product! 2004 Mercedes SL500, we installed a used transmission not knowing the contact plate needed to be flashed to the car, and we do not have that capability, so we purchased a contact plate from these guys and installed it and the used transmission shifts perfectly! They saved us a ton of money, (the contact plate is no longer available from Mercedes) and lost time. Now we have a happy customer as well, Thanks!
