      When we put the dvd in the player, it gives us a message that it can only be played in a certain region (I think it was region 4, which is apparently Australia). We checked it out on google and it can t be changed. We had never heard of this, but seller knew and didn't say anything when we ordered the dvds. We had to pay $42.25 shipping to send them back, which was almost as much as they cost.
