I have been working with this buyer in good faith. I don't understand his attitude or his difficulty with communicating with me. I have, to the best of my understanding, had no difficulty communicating with him. He seemed to be having difficulty with the USPS loss claim procedure, so I undertook to lodge the claim for him. When I filled out the online claim form, they said they would get back to me. I have not yet heard back from them.
