Item was very obviously NOT genuine leather. I owned the LEATHER saddle bags these are likely modeled after. “Genuine leather” is one of those phrases frequently warped, misused (meeting the absolute minimum qualifications), or outright lied about by retailers. In this case the latter. It does not pass the inspection test. Seller should cut the item price in half, no bull.
Despite this, they’re well-stitched fakes. The seller also provided a discount , so I chose to keep them.
